Useful Guidance
Here you will find simple answers to your questions about our assessment process.
Do I need to see my GP
No, a referral is not required for our service. You can simply book an appointment with us directly. We are a private provider helping clients across the UK.
How long is each appointment
Most sessions last between 90 minutes and two hours. We meet with you securely online using a video call. This means you can stay in a space where you feel safe.
When will I get my results
Your clinician will write a full diagnostic report once the session ends. We usually send this document to you within 10 working days. All files are shared securely.
Will my workplace accept this
Yes, our documents follow standard UK guidelines for professional reports. They are designed to help you access support at work. Employers use them for reasonable adjustments.
Can I cancel my appointment
We understand that plans can change at any time. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Late cancellations may involve a small fee.
Reports & Recognition
We provide formal diagnostic reports that follow UK guidelines and clearly explain your assessment, diagnosis and recommendations. Our reports are often accepted by GPs, universities and employers to help you access support and reasonable adjustments, but final decisions always rest with each organisation.
